It’s funny that only a few years ago folks were still terrified of ingesting fats. Remember the fat-free craze in the 80’s? Wow…that sure was awful. Little did we know back then that some fats are actually very good for you, and that your body needs them to survive! Fats don’t make you fat, or at least not the kinds of fats we use. Virgin coconut oil is one of the good guys, so we use it in every one of our bars. Just think of it as fuel for your body–it keeps your insides lubricated and running like a well-oiled machine. We like to eat it by the spoonful.
